At the start of 2025, a well-established medical spa approached our agency with a clear objective: increase bookings for their injectors, focusing primarily on Botox treatments. Although they had a solid reputation locally, their existing advertising efforts weren’t delivering leads efficiently. They needed a more targeted and cost-effective strategy to consistently fill their appointment calendar.
Our Strategy
To meet their goals, we designed a comprehensive Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaign built around precision, relevance, and data optimization:
Segmented Campaign Structure: We launched separate campaigns for Botox Lip Flip and general Botox services, allowing us to tailor messaging and creative assets to distinct audience segments.
High-Converting Landing Pages: Dedicated landing pages were created for each offer to ensure seamless user journeys and maximize conversion rates.
Enhanced Conversion Tracking: We integrated Meta’s advanced conversion tracking to accurately attribute phone calls and form submissions to specific ads. This provided Meta with cleaner data, improving campaign optimization and ad delivery over time.
Results
Through refined targeting, compelling creative, and improved tracking, the med spa saw significant growth in lead generation at a lower cost:
Botox Lip Flip Leads: $14 CPL
General Botox Leads: $32 CPL
Average Cost Per Lead: $17 overall
Lead Volume: 367 qualified Botox leads within 4 months This strategic approach allowed the spa to consistently keep their injectors’ schedules fully booked, demonstrating how precise ad segmentation and data-driven optimization can directly impact revenue and operational efficiency.
